Marc Talluto Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and Co-Founder of Fruition Partners, Marc brings 20 years of consulting and IT Service Management experience to the company. Since 2003, he’s worked to develop Fruition Partners as a cloud integration and services firm that combines its practical ITIL service offerings with evolving customer needs. Prior to Fruition Partners, Marc worked with international consulting companies like Accenture and Deloitte servicing Fortune 500 companies. Throughout this time he’s developed IT Service Management methodologies and implemented practical solutions for clients across industries.
Patrick Stonelake Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer
As the co-founder of Fruition Partners, Patrick has 15 years of experience in Service Management. His background includes business analysis, process assessment, roadmapping, change management, operational improvement, user interface, project management, and software development, as well as a soft spot for UX and design. Patrick helped to found Fruition Partners in the summer of 2003, guiding large-scale ITSM and CMDB implementations for Fortune 500 companies and managing our acquisitions, R&D, strategic and technical alliances, and marketing outreach.
Robin Beland VP Sales, North America
With over 22 years of experience in IT Service Management, Cloud based applications, ITAM, as well as Client and Desktop Server Management, Robin brings a wealth of knowledge to the customer base. She hasworked with all size organizations in driving change management, business transformation, business expansion and sales strategies through leadership and working through Global channels.
Maintaining customer relationships, developing and implementing strategies for expanding the customer’s portfolio is crucial to the organization. Robin enjoys speaking about all things Service Management, and have spoken nationally and internationally at HDI and ITSM events, as well as Global User Forums.
Michel Regueiro Managing Director, EMEA
Michel Regueiro is Managing Director, Continental Europe at Fruition Partners, a CSC company. He co-founded Aspediens, the leading European ServiceNow Partner (now acquired by CSC and integrated within Fruition Partners) in 2008. In his position of CEO of the company, he set the strategic direction and a strong vision and values that led the company to success. As a serial entrepreneur with a deep experience in innovation, product management and solution delivery, he spots trends and is regularly writing about the future of Service Management in various publications.
Grant Macdonald Managing Director, UK & I
Grant is responsible for managing Fruition Partners for the UK&I region. He has been working in the Service Management industry for over 25 years, working through Support, Consultancy, Presales, Sales and Team Management roles in the process. Grant was Co-Founder, along with some colleagues, of Partners in IT back in 1996, which in 2014 became Fruition Partners UK. His team is focused on providing innovative and agile Service Management solutions, based on ServiceNow, that address the key needs of our customers.
Neil McKinnon Managing Director, Australia & NZ
As a co-founder of Keystone Management Solutions (now Fruition Partners ANZ), Neil provided the technical leadership for the establishment and direction of Keystone and its services. His extensive industry experience made him one of the most sought-after ServiceNow practitioners worldwide. Now as CEO of Fruition Partners Australia and New Zealand, Neil remains an advocate and evangelist of both ServiceNow and cloud delivery of software.
Neil has 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, in Australia and the US. This includes more than 20 years’ specifically in network, systems and enterprise service management domains, including ten years in cloud-based solutions and specifically ServiceNow.
Peggy Seery Regional Delivery Director, East U.S.
As the East Regional Delivery Director, Peggy has oversight of all projects in the region, ensuring that the goals, objectives and quality of the project deliverables are met. With more than 20 years of senior management experience in IT, spanning multiple industries and disciplines, Peggy work closely with the project teams and clients alike to ensure success. She has a BS and MS in Computer Engineering and is thrilled to be part of the Fruition Team!
Stuart Maxwell Regional Delivery Director, UK & I
As the UK&I Region Delivery Director, Stuart has overall responsibility for client satisfaction through product and service engagements as well as profitability. He has been able to apply his leadership, employee development and Programme management skills to make each customer engagement a success. As a bridge between Sales and Delivery teams, Stuart works with ServiceNow & other partners to continue to drive growth, product innovation and market leading service delivery in a dynamically changing market place.
Prior to joining Fruition Partners, Stuart spent over 16 years with CSC where he was responsible for setting global standards and strategies for the design and build of GIS’s Service Management offerings, working in Asset Management, Field Services and Service Desk delivery teams and providing advisory guidance on service transformational projects.
Wayne Scott Head of Professional Services, Australia & NZ
As the Head of Professional Services for Australia and New Zealand, Wayne has been able to apply his leadership, delivery and advisory services, and business service management skills to lead and manage the large number of customer engagements in the region. Wayne works closely with the Sales and Delivery teams, to drive growth, product innovation and brings a wealth of experience from successful client engagements across sectors including banking/finance, telco, government and utilities.
Prior to joining Fruition Partners, Wayne has worked in a broad range of operational, delivery and advisory services, helping customers achieve outstanding results by embracing technology. As well as being an ITIL Master, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Information Technology from UNSW.
Rob Schaffer Sales Director, East U.S.
Rob is responsible for leading the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic sales teams at Fruition Partners and for driving client satisfaction and business development throughout these regions.
With more than 20 years of senior management experience in IT, including several successful startup ventures, Rob is happy to share his broad industry knowledge and experience with the team. His passion for IT goes beyond the workplace, as he’s frequently written for CRN and served on their Xchange advisory council.
Thomas Lundon Sales Director, Canada
Thomas is responsible for sales and revenue growth for Fruition Partners in Canada. He ran a very successful IT Governance Consulting business that became Fruition Partners Canada in 2015. Thomas has a keen interest in advising organizations that are focused on strategies built around business alignment and positioning technology as a service provider to the business.
Graham Browne Sales Director, UK & I
Graham is responsible for sales for Fruition Partners in UK and Ireland, embracing creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies and management of the team. With more than 15 years’ history in supplying Service Management tools and services means, Graham is well equipped to help Fruition serve customers successfully. His goal is to ensure that Fruition remains the best choice for any organisation needing services and technology for Service Management and beyond.
Don Callander Marketing & Sales Director, Australia & NZ
Don is responsible for the strategic direction of Sales and Marketing for Fruition Partners in the Australian and New Zealand marketplaces.
Commencing his IT Service Management involvement in 1997, Don brings 20 years of experience to the role. He has been working with the ServiceNow platform since joining Keystone (now Fruition Partners) in 2010, which pairs well with his wealth of knowledge in relation to the ANZ customer base.
Don believes that maintaining customer relationships, along with developing and implementing strategies for expanding the customer’s portfolio, is crucial to the both the customer’s organization, as well as Fruition Partners.
