If you don’t have the time or resources to administer your ServiceNow platform, Fruition Partners Virtual Admin program can help.  Our dedicated team of certified ServiceNow experts can supplement your admin resources to help you increase returns on your ServiceNow investment. And because the program is subscription based, you have the flexibility to choose how your hours are used:

How the process works:

It’s simple.  As a Virtual Admin customer you will simply log in to our Fruition Partners My Service Portal to submit a request ticket. Our Virtual Admin team will review the request and respond to you with an expected delivery date or follow-up to discuss detailed requirements.  We will then complete the requested work in your development environment, captured in an Update Set, and when it is ready you will receive an email from My Service Portal stating the request is complete and ready for you to test.
