Extensions

Extensions add to the standard capabilities of ServiceNow. As our customers continue to mature their ServiceNow environment, we receive many requests for custom functionality that can be developed with the Fruition stamp of approval to address common needs within the platform. In cooperation with ServiceNow we will build these extensions into an App Store concept for use by the entire ServiceNow community.

Extensions are currently deployed via ServiceNow Update Sets, and are licensed based on your ServiceNow licensed user environment. Extensions include a common Properties page and are designed to work "out of the box", in addition Fruition Partners can provide additional configuration as needed for our customers' unique situations.
