Fruition Partners headed down the The Big Easy May13-17 to be a part of ServiceNow's Knowledge12. The conference, which took place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, was no ordinary ITSM affair. Coupling over 2,000 IT professionals with the vibrant energy of The Big Easy, Knowledge12 was quite the cultural and educational experience.
