Available Bundles:

Coaching Bundle

  • Personal Expert Coaching to assist in the activation of selected practice(s) and achievement of targeted improvements.
  • A typical Practice Activation (e.g. Incident Management) includes a rapid workshop approach followed by monthly Coaching Sessions to assist in analyzing improvement progress and supporting Tactical Plan execution.

Service Desk Benchmarking

  • Assessment of Service Desk Performance using a set of industry standard KPIs.
  • Comparison of Service Desk Performance to relevant peer groups.
  • Identification of priority improvement areas based on variances to peers.

Annual Subscription

  • Expert Coach guidance to assist in the achievement of your ITSM Roadmap, Service Improvements and CSI Program Evolution.
  • 12-month access to ITSMCoach for Improvement Plan Management. Integrated with ServiceNow.
